We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Mr. Lingo Premium. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including the first charge after a free trial converts.
You can use the free plan (5 translations per week) at no cost, and new accounts can start Premium with a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are never charged.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Mr. Lingo orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at parkersdaniel@gmail.com and we will help arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Mr. Lingo Premium is $7.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings using "Manage subscription", or through paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals and your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After 30 days we generally do not refund a period already used, but we will always review billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorised charges and technical problems that prevented you from using the Service, and refund where appropriate. Statutory consumer rights in your country, and the Paddle Refund Policy, continue to apply in addition to this policy.
